    About Me

    My photo
    Kim Eastlick
I'm a mom who loves to eat, dine, cook and grow her own food. I find a good recipe book as entertaining as a novel, and I feel most accomplished when I've managed to successfully grow and preserve my own food. I am, undoubtedly, an Ignorant Gardener, but I love to give it my best shot and revel in my successes. I find absolute Delight in being an Omnivore and will attempt to cook and eat just about anything (almost). As I fumble my way through my garden and kitchen, and occasionally find my way into a restaurant to enjoy someone else cook for me, I'll write about the mishaps successes, and pleasures of eating along the way.
